It showed up in good shape, and the stuff inside was wrapped/protected better than I expected. I don’t remember exactly how it was packed, but nothing seemed damaged when I opened it, so that was a relief

The quality feels cheap for what I paid. I was expecting a lot more, and after trying it, I really don’t think I’d buy from them again.

I was expecting the website to feel a bit more polished and easy to browse, but it looked messy to me. There was a lot happening at once with big blocks, dark sections, and sale banners everywhere, so it was hard to focus.

I wanted to compare a few chairs, and I thought that would be straightforward, but the product pages felt cluttered and kind of dated. Instead of helping me narrow things down, the layout made the whole thing more annoying than I expected.

The products themselves might be perfectly fine, but the way the site looks made the shop feel cheaper than I thought it would. I ended up giving up after a while because browsing just wasn’t a great experience

I ordered a chair from GT Omega and, for the most part, the product page was right. The size, colour, and the main features were all basically what arrived, so that was good and no big surprise there.
The only thing is a few parts looked a little different in person, like not massively, but enough that I noticed it. Also the padding felt softer than I thought it would from how it was described, if that makes sense.
Overall it’s fine and I’m not unhappy with it, just maybe the details could be a bit more exact. It would help to know more clearly what you are actually getting before it turns up

I sent my order back thinking the refund would be straightforward, but it ended up dragging on way longer than I expected. For a while, I didn’t really get a clear update, so I kept having to check in just to figure out what was going on.

I was really happy with how well this worked with all my gear. My wheel mounted securely, the pedals lined up without any hassle, and even the shifter fit right where I wanted it. Everything feels solid and easy to reach, which made getting set up a lot smoother than I expected.

I like the setup overall, and at first I thought it was going to fit easily—well, actually, once I got it in place, it took up more room than I expected. Still works well, just has a bigger footprint than I was imagining

I’ve had my GT Omega chair for a few months now, and uh, it’s been better than I expected. I use it pretty much most days for work and gaming, so it’s definitely not just sitting there looking nice.
So far nothing feels loose, wobbly, or worn out. The frame still feels solid, and the padding hasn’t flattened down like my last chair did after a while.
I wasn’t totally sure about it at first, but durability-wise it’s been really good. Overall, I’m happy with it and don’t really have any complaints

I ordered a chair from GT Omega after checking their size guide, but once it showed up, it just didn’t fit the way I expected. I’m not especially tall, so I figured I’d be safely within the recommended range, but the seat feels tighter than it should and the back support lands in an awkward spot.

The chair itself seems decently built, so reading between the lines, I don’t think it’s a quality issue as much as the sizing advice being a bit off. I probably should’ve gone bigger or found a way to try one first. The return process also makes the whole thing more of a hassle than I hoped

I wanted to like this, but for some reason it really hurts my back?? I’m not sure if it’s the design or just not a good fit for me, but I couldn’t get comfortable using it

I bought this mainly because I wanted something I could fold up and stash away after using it. And yeah, technically it folds, but the little beast is still bulky and awkward to drag around, especially when I’m dealing with it by myself.

Storage is where this thing really gets annoying. It eats up more corner space than I expected, so half the time I just leave the big awkward lump sitting out. It’s not completely terrible, but if you’ve got a small room, this isn’t exactly your best friend.

Most of the parts fit without any hassle and the site was fairly easy to use. I did have to double check a few things to make sure I was ordering the right extras, but nothing too annoying. Overall I’m happy with it, solid 4 stars.

I was already trying to figure things out, and the instructions just made me feel even more pressured. Instead of clearing anything up, they seemed to make the whole process more confusing, and I felt like I had to rush through without really understanding what I was supposed to do.

I went on gtomega.com hoping to compare a few different setup options, but the range felt limited. A lot of it looked like the same kind of thing with not much variety, so it was hard to find something that actually suited what I wanted. I also reached out to support with a couple of questions and came away feeling like I was being blamed for not understanding the products, rather than actually being helped. In the end, I just decided to shop elsewhere.

The frame feels solid once it’s all built, so I’ll give it that. But this is where it got annoying: a few of the parts had rough edges, and some of the holes didn’t line up quite right, which made assembly more of a hassle than it should’ve been. It’s not terrible, but for the price, I expected the fit and finish to be a bit better
